How we work

Every engagement starts with a conversation — about where the pressure is building, what specifically needs to move, and what good would look like at the end.
 
From there we agree a clear scope and timeframe, and get to work. For embedded engagements, we typically work alongside your team for six to twelve weeks. Workshops are delivered on a date that suits — with preparation tailored to your context and sector.
 
We are based in Hong Kong and work with organisations across Asia and globally.
